Infill Housing

High-quality, energy-efficient homes tailored to fit on underutilized lots and strengthen existing neighborhoods.

Maximizing Space. Minimizing Impact.

Module has developed a range of energy-efficient models optimized for infill development and offsite manufacturing.

Our models work with various lot sizes—townhomes, duplexes, detached single-family, and multifamily. Each home is designed to fit the Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home standards, which means a more durable, eco-friendly, and overall better-built home than a standard code-built house.

Thinking Outside the Box

Module's experienced team will help naviagate hosuing development barriers with our vertically integrated "Design, Manufacture, Build" process.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live in a well-designed space they are proud to call home.

We’ve developed relationships with banks and lenders who are willing to learn the nuances of Modular construction. We love collaborating with people who ask, “Why can't we?” instead of “Why should we?”
