Module was started in 2016 with the goal of making good design more accessible. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, Module is a vertically integrated modular housing company with a modular factory, a design and engineering arm, and a construction arm. We specialize in designing and building right-sized, high-performance homes tailored to the needs of modern developments.

Our Vision: To Build a World where everyone lives in a well-designed space they are proud to call home.

Social Impact 

At Module, we are dedicated to partnering with Minority and Women-Owned Enterprises. Through our 22,000 square foot Last Mile Production Facility, we've collaborated with the Trade Institute of Pittsburgh to launch a workforce training initiative that empowers more women and minorities to enter the construction trades. This inclusive approach to scaling our manufacturing process has garnered us both recognition and a $3M grant.
