Pittsburgh, PA – September 7th, 2017 – Module, a startup company designing smart, adaptable housing, is taking reservations to design residential homes in the Pittsburgh area: https://modulehousing.com/reservations. For a refundable deposit of $1,000, customers are placed on the reservation list and will receive initial design sessions with the Module team. Reservations can be for a new home, investment property, or accessory unit.
Module CEO Brian Gaudio explains, “We are excited to build the first Module houses here in Pittsburgh. Our first customers will receive a unique product tailored to their changing needs over time.” Module built a demo unit this summer, which is located at Nova Place Plaza on the North Side. The unit is open for tours on Fridays from 12pm – 4pm. Visits or tours can be arranged by emailing Hallie@modulehousing.com.
Module designs adaptable housing that changes as your needs do. Through a patent-pending wall system and design platform, residents can turn a one bedroom starter unit into a three bedroom house. It’s just the right amount of space at the right time. Module is currently in the Techstars Accelerator program, and is also supported by Innovation Works, AlphaLab Gear, and Idea Foundry.
