The Black Street Development is officially wrapped!

Our Black Street Development project is officially complete! Building a development from start to finish was an amazing experience, and we’re so happy to now be a part of the Garfield neighborhood.

Founders Brian Gaudio & Drew Brisley on Black Street's vacant lots in 2019.

We purchased three lots on Black Street back in 2019, excited to work on our next project after the Latham House. Our goal was to build market rate and affordable housing using our standard home designs. About one year ago, all three houses were delivered and installed on the site - in just two days! Today, we are proud to say that all three houses are sold or occupied.

Inside our show home, 5452 Black Street

We have been using 5452 Black Street as our show home and it serves as an office space for individuals on our team. For the last several months, the space has been furnished with Monmade’s collection of furniture, lighting, and décor, as they use it as a temporary showroom. Because Monmade holds a lot of the same values we do, we’ve loved partnering with them in one of our homes.

5454 Black Street officially closed in February of this year, while 5456 Black Street has been sold and occupied since October of 2020. We feel lucky to have wonderful, new Module homeowners living next-door to our show home!

What’s next for Module?

We have a few projects in the pipeline. While we are working on some custom projects, we’re also planning a new development, East End Living, located in Highland Park. While the first home has been pre-sold, our two other homes on Mellon Street are available for sale.

Interested in being a part of Module’s future? Check out our current projects!
