Sales Lead

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Lead who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company.

A qualified candidate will have prior experience in sales or experience managing customer relationships. The candidate will be dynamic and personable, with the ability to build rapport with prospective buyers.  

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture current leads using a CRM
  • Qualify leads and manage them through the sales process
  • Iterate on our current sales process to improve efficacy
  • Identify new sales channels
  • Measure and track sales goals
  • Work with the product and marketing team to develop sales materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or master’s degree in marketing, business administration or a similar course of study
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Experience creating and implementing a sales process
  • Advanced communication skills and dynamic personality
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • A passion for the Module product and concept.
  • Previous experience in, or understanding of the real estate industry is a plus
