Designed for Infill & Energy-Efficiency
We've developed a range of energy-efficient models that are optimized for both infill development and offsite manufacturing. We offer a range of models to work with a variety of lot sizes -- Townhomes, Duplexes, Detached Single Family, and even 6-unit Multifamily. Each home is designed to fit the Department of Energy's Zero Energy Ready Home standards, which means a more durable, eco-friendly, and overall better-built home compared to a standard code-built house.

Phase 1:
Pre-Development
In this phase, we jointly evaluate whether your project makes sense to be Built by MODULE
Phase 2:
Pre-Construction
We'll produce final drawings, secure building permits, and lock-in pricing for the factory-built components.
Phase 3:
Construction
We build the homes in the factory, deliver and install them with a crane, and complete any finishwork associated with the homes.
Phase 4:
Post-Construction
Monitor utility performance of the home and occupant comfort, secure any certifications, coordinate any warranty-related items.
