David Wechsler

Senior Director, Channels and Partnerships Xfinity Home at Comcast Cable

Dave Wechsler is the senior director of channels and partnerships for Xfinity Home, the total home security and home automation solution from Comcast. He leads initiatives with emerging third party partners in Property and Casualty insurance, home warranty and in-home services delivery. This role includes shaping corporate and product strategy, as well as day-to-day execution of these partnerships.

Prior to Comcast, he had a 25-year startup career predominantly focused on internet technologies, and Internet of Things (IoT). Throughout his career, Dave has had an active role not only founding and leading startups, but also advising them in a variety of technology markets with a focus on IoT in energy consumption management, remote diagnostics and control and predictive analytics. Throughout Dave’s entrepreneurial career, he has been a part of team that have raised collectively more than $24MM in venture and strategic capital, as well as an exit to a public company.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College. He resides in Philadelphia with his wife, also an entrepreneur.


Jenny Fielding

Managing Director, Techstars ioT Program

Jenny Fielding is a Managing Director at Techstars, where she leads both the Fintech and Internet of Things Accelerators in NYC. Prior to joining Techstars, Jenny headed up Corporate Venture and Digital Innovation at BBC Worldwide where she made strategic investments and led business development deals. She has also started several companies, most notably Switch-Mobile, a mobile VoIP company that was acquired. She began her career as a lawyer. Michael Dickens

Chief Marketing Officer, IBACOS

As a strategic venture from GE, Michael co-founded IBACOS to reinvent the way homes are designed, built, and lived in. Under Michael’s leadership, IBACOS played a pioneering role in helping the U.S. Department of Energy create its successful Building America program. For almost 25 years, Michael has helped create and drive IBACOS’ innovation ventures, both nationally and abroad.

In his work at IBACOS, Michael has been instrumental in creating, developing and directing the Home of Innovation. This strategic initiative is a multi-year, regional market engagement program in Saudi Arabia, led by SABIC to help transform ideas into sustainable industry, while bringing global innovation and economic growth to the region.


Sandy Albert

Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at Common Living Inc.

Prior to Common, Sandy has worked for private institutional and entrepreneurial real estate sponsors, owners and developers, such as Adam America Real Estate, Andover Properties and Aberdeen Realty Group, in New York and Los Angeles. He has held roles in investment management, acquisitions, development, asset management, finance and dispositions and has been involved with over $3 Billion of assets for over 5 million square feet and almost 20,750 units of multi-family, retail and self-storage nationwide and has underwritten almost $4 Billion of assets globally.
